Chris is the office manager for Bob Hodges & Sons, Inc., and has managed the office since 1995. She is married to Chip Hodges, the broker of the office, and got involved in helping Chip as the business grew over the years. She's been a licensed real estate associate since 1989, and plays a major role in the office overseeing all the sales associates, training of the associates, and the daily activities of the office. She handles all the computer data on the office listings and maintains the current activity on all listings and sales in the office thru the MLXChange computer system that the local Board of Realtors endorses.

Chris, with the help of "Webwizardsforless", designed the website for the office and keeps a daily activity chart on all listings whether active, pending or sold. Chris also handles all the advertising for the office. The office advertises weekly in the HomeSpot real estate addition to the Sun Sentinel. Chris does all the layouts for the full-page or half-page ads they run each week.

Chris also designs all the flyers which are mailed bi-monthly to certain areas advertising the homes in specific areas for sale. She maintains the monthly newsletter adertising for the office when advertising in the various Neighborhood newsletters.

Chris has a wide range of knowledge of real estate and office management and gives all the associates the training and support they need to be successful. Chris also holds a current mortgage broker's license and acts as the in-house mortgage broker for clients seeking a mortgage. She works with several lenders in helping our clients obtain the best rate and the best mortgage to fit their needs.

Chris's objective is to meet all the needs of our clients and our associates. She keeps the office running smoothly and assists in many ways to help in any way she can. Chris is a real "people" person and loves working with our clients, our fellow realtors, as well as working with all the associates in the office. Chris has an all-around knowledge of the real estate business and is proud to be a part of a family business which has been in Ft. Lauderdale for over 80 years, with four generations selling real estate. She has been a licensed realtor since 1988.
