| Chip Hodges is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Real Estate Financing & Investments. Chip received hands on experience while in college, working for one of the largest title companies in the United States; Lawyers Title Insurance Company. After graduating from college, he worked for Westinghouse/Coral Ridge Properties on Galt Ocean Mile where he acquired his real estate license at the age of 23 in 1973. Chip was Assistant Manager of Sales and Marketing for the Company's development of two major condo complexes; Playa Del Sol and Playa Del Mar. Chip was the top salesman in selling many condos for Coral Ridge Properties. Chip utilized his education and experience while at Coral Ridge Properties as a strong foundation for a successful real estate sales and marketing career.
In February of 1974, Chip decided to join the family business, Hodges Real Estate, which was founded in Ft. Lauderdale in 1924, by his grandfather R.T. Hodges. He joined his grandfather, his father, and his uncle in learning the family business. Chip is a third generation Hodges and has been selling real estate for the family business for over 30 years. In 1978, Chip obtained hisBroker's Real Estate license.
