ADVERTISING CHANNELS:

| #1 All our listings are programmed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), as we are a member of the local Board of Realtors. This exposes all our listings to all real estate offices in Broward County which shows up-to-date activity on each listing. Any real estate sales person can access any listing through this service to check out or market any of our available properties for sale. This also helps in comparing other listings in the area for price comparisons, as well as sold properties, showing what the homes have sold for. |
| #2: At www.realtor.com anyone can access our listings through their computer and receive information. Multiple Listing Service (MLS) exposes ALL these listings on the worldwide web which reaches out to anyone worldwide. |
| #3: We advertise in the SunSentinel in HomeSpot on a weekly basis. HomeSpot is an insert in the SunSentinel. Each week we place a full page or a half page ad showing all our listings with photos. This has proven to give our office tremendous exposure for our listings and we have received a great response from these ads. |
| #4: Our website, www.hodgesrealestate.net, advertises our company, our associates, and our listings throughout the worldwide web. Each active listing can be viewed with detailed information. This is a great tool for buyers and sellers worldwide looking for property in our area |
| #5: We offer "virtual tours" over the internet of our listings when requested by the seller. This is a 360 degree video tour of the inside and outside of the property which views all rooms, as well as views of athe front and back of the outside of the property. When accessing our web site, each listing will indicate an option for this Virtual Tour, click and view. This is an excellent tool used on the internet when people access our listings. Anyone can "click" onto a listing of ours which has the Virtual Tour and can view the home through their computer. This works great!!! |
| #6: Each associate in our office has an individual profile page to the main web page to our office web site. Log onto www.hodgesrealestate.net and click under "Associates" and then click to the associate you choose to view. The profile on each associate will allow you to view their personal listings and view any Virtual Tours they may have. |
| #7: There is a posted yard sign displayed on your property with our sign, logo, and phone number, as well as the name and cell phone number of the agent who listed the property. A flyer box is also attached to the post with an information sheet giving details of the property, price, and photo. |
| #8: Our associates are happy to do an "Open House" on any of their listings upon the request of the seller. These are generally open on Sundays from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. This gives great exposure to the property and allows buyers plenty of time to walk around the property, ask questions, and check out the neighborhood. |
