Patty has been a resident of Ft. Lauderdale since 1957, when at that time her family moved from Michigan to start a new life in sunny south Florida. Not only has she been in this area ever since, she has always lived in the northeast area and attended all local public schools and received a Medical Assistant degree from Browanrd Community College in 1971.

Over the years she has become very familiar with all the beautiful areas South Florida has to offer, as well as having the pleasure of watching the western part of Ft. Lauderdale grow from cow pastures and two-lane roads into thriving residential and business areas.

Since living in the Coral Ridge area for the past 25 years, she has enjoyed watching the housing market boom and has always had a fascination for the real estate market. Her interest in architecture and design helped play a role in her decision to be involved in this exciting real estate business.
